Completed 5 rounds of interviews including a 4h panel interview, ghosted by recruiter Ashmi Patel, despite follow up. Absolutely unprofessional after about 6.5 hours of interviews. Wish they’d just sent a generic rejection letter
General interviews with HR and manager to explain the job and to check for your suitability. Then there were multiple panel interviews with various parts of the team, as well as adjacent team members. Within this there was also a live design challenge done with the team members as well as othe important people.
