below average interview, one panel member did not attend despite the time slot being allocated (she was out for lunch). The interview was to be skills based yet none of the questions reflected that and I went into detail in an attempt to showcase examples of the relevant skills the position needs. Overall, did not get an offer and never felt the interview gave me a chance to really show how I can be right for the position by not asking one question about my skills and experiences. He was just not interested.
