2 recruiters contacted me separately about the same role on 2 different teams (2 different req #s). When I asked about it, neither had a clue the other reached out. One ghosted after a phone screen (I sent 2 polite follow-ups) and the other set me up with a Scheduler to book an interview. The Scheduler said I'd interview with Person A and Person B; in reality it was Person A and Person C. During the interview, one of the Hiring Managers literally laughed out loud at one of my answers and told me he disagreed. Overall super unimpressed. Feel like I dodged a bullet!
