For the Emerging Talent Program, you were given two Hackerrank Questions with 1 hour time limit and then a 4 question HireVue with basically no time limit. Both we not too difficult, especially for an experienced candidate.

it was pretty competitive didn't make it past the onine assessment. they are very encouraging but the difficutly level was high. they first shortlist on the basis of resume, then online assessment and then there is a online hirevue interview at the last is the hackathon that they conduct at their mumbai office. the partipaticipants who make good bonds and connection with their mentor during the hackathon are the ones who get an offer letter.
