Initial phone interview with HR. The role had multiple cities listed for the position. However, during the call, the HR rep said the role could only be based out of one city and the posting was inaccurate. They also insisted that the candidate MUST relocate AND commit to 5 days per week in office. Anything less than all 5 days per week in office is a no-go. I declined to move forward.

Two interviews alongside communication with HR. Both interviews were fairly informal as this was during Covid, however questions were asked to see if I was suitable for the role. HR were in contact about setting up interviews and the joining process.

Submitted my application middle of the month and was contacted at the end of the month to set up an interview. Interview was to be with 2 people but only one showed up. Had what I thought was a good conversation with good chemistry. Unfortunately did not hear back after that interview. Completely ghosted me. I found out I was no longer in the running when I logged back into my account and saw that they changed my application status.

Entretien
It was an initial 30 min zoom call with 1 interviewer who was pleasant and easy to talk to. I never heard anything back aftewrwards, despite sending 2 chasers. The interview scheduling process was very efficient but I think quite rude not to bother providing any feedback whatsoever.
