I applied and was called in for an interview with Human Resorces. I was asked how I would handle certain scenarios in dealing with a customer. Then, I was called back for a second interview with the hiring manager. He asked more specific questions on what I would say in a customer scenario.

What would you do if the customer became angry on the phone and started yelling at you. Do you prefer to work as a team or as an individual. How punctual are you. How would you describe your personality. How flexible are you. What are your strengths and weaknesses. In which areas do you need to improve. Give an example of when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how you handled the situation.
