A staffing agency sent me on a 2.1 interview. I met both Managers in the cafeteria. Both were 45 minutes late. During the interview they both were easy to talk to and enjoyable to speak to which made my interview process extremely easy. I was able to be myself which made it easier to speak of my skills and knowledge, as well as sharing my sense of humor. They each enjoyed the interview with me. Later that day, after the interview, I received a call from the staffing agency advising me they offered me the position. I was extremely excited. From that point, I was sent to have a drug test and have a back ground check done. After all was completed I began my job three weeks later.

Truly enjoyed the hiring process. Very heavily focused on the STAR questions so I would recommend becoming comfortable with situational questions. Also be yourself and be genuine, this is banking and it can be hard.
