30 minute phone interview: asked behavior questions as well as basic customer service questions (how did you handle a difficult experience, most difficult time with a customer, etc.)
Called in for interview: typically two interviews, but mine was with two managers at once. Basic questions about previous jobs and behavior questions. Overall trying to know you as a person, not an employee.

Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.

Entretien
It was over the phone. They have you chose a time to set your interview and then you wait for your scheduled time and they will call you. It's a pretty quick interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.
