      Entretien pour Customer Research Specialist

Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez JPMorganChase (Brooklyn, NY) en oct. 2011

      Entretien

They had a hiring event at the Marriott Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn near Court St. At this event thousands of applicants showed up throughout the day for a chance at around 2-3 positions. The one I was applying for was Customer Research Specialist. After filling out some paper work for the company, I went through two interviews. One interview was made by an employee of the office location where I would be working. He asked very simple questions such as why I was interested in the position, and to describe my past work experience. They had very generic questions at this stage as well. He seemed to like me and recommended me for the second round. During the second interview I had someone who asked questions that were a bit more difficult such as to rate my English Comprehension skills, or Excel skills on a scale of 1-10 and to explain why I gave that answer. They also present you with a scenario of a customer who is having a problem and you're expected to read it and know what went wrong. Throughout the interview she stopped focusing on me as I could tell her eyes began to move around to the sides, and I had a feeling that it went downhill from there. My recommendation is to remain strong I'm really not sure why I wasn't hired because although I might not have the same work experience as other individuals I considered myself one of the more professional and knowledgeable candidates. I believe there were people applying who didn't even have a college degree. This was a temporary position for 6 months so I doubt they are still looking for more people for this position.
