The interview process was relatively fast at first. I had an initial discussion with the line manager, where I was asked about my experience and some role-specific questions. The second round involved both the line manager and a director, who asked more detailed questions about my qualifications and background.
However, my overall experience was disappointing due to the company’s unprofessional communication and feedback practices. Despite being told I would hear back within a week, I had to follow up multiple times over the course of more than a month just to get an update on the interview outcome.
What stood out most was the company's policy on interview feedback. After being rejected, I reached out to ask for constructive feedback, only to receive a curt response from the HR Head stating:
"We do not give feedback as a company I am afraid."
This lack of transparency and consideration reflects poorly on the company’s approach to candidate experience. For anyone considering opportunities here, be prepared for limited communication and no insight into your interview performance. In addition, the tone and content of the emails throughout the process lacked basic professionalism, which further added to the negative impression.
