My overall experience was positive! The team members I met were warm, approachable, and genuinely supportive. The interview was conducted by one person which is the Director of Pre-Construction, so it naturally had a technical focus, but the conversation flowed easily. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional, which made it easy for me to speak openly about my background and answer questions without feeling pressured. All of my questions were addressed clearly and transparently. The company’s building also stood out! It’s clean, organized, and very professional.
