I was interviewed and given a plant tour. The interview was laid back and I felt it went pretty well. I was given a plant tour after. I was told they would be in touch the following week. I was not called or followed up with. I waited and it wasnt until two weeks later I saw the job I interviewed for, posted again on Indeed and Zip. I applied again and two hours later I received a generic email saying more or less thanks but no thanks. You would think after spending an hour and half there a call or email that tells you they don’t want you. It would be nice to know so I know how to improve myself or maybe know why I didn’t get a response after waiting and applying again. I applied for entry level. I feel like a chump, especially applying a few times. I think perhaps it’s because I am female, or a female veteran. Some places just don’t like that.
