I was scheduled for an interview and arrived at their site but the staff there was not informed I would be coming. The HR personnel I was in contact with was off-site and I had to call him to clarify. eventually, the staff on-site found someone to conduct the interview, only to tell me that the role was already filled. they nonetheless asked if I was interested in another operations role and we had an interview for that role instead. also, as I currently live in another town from the site, I had to do a 2 hour commute for the interview. I was told by the HR personnel that the company would reimburse me for travel expenses by train. However after the interview, they informed that the company would not be reimbursing me.
