I got in contact with JB Hunt from my career fair. I was contacted within a month and had a phone interview. Then, we did a 30min interview at my school's career center. I was then invited to go on site in Chicago their Intermodal office and participate in their career event where you job shadow, interview a little more, and stay over night on the companies dime in Chicago.

J.B. Hunt contacted me initially and scheduled a phone screening followed by a phone interview then a video conference with 2 managers. After that, the hiring manager followed up with me.
