I submitted my resume and three months later they got around to calling me in for an interview. I sat down in the owner's office and listened to him spout of his own personal agenda. He really didn't cover the specifics of what it was that I would be doing in terms of a job description. He then proceeded to insult my friend who had gotten me the job, as a means to stroke my ego and allow me to think that he thought highly of me. After shooting the breeze I was hired a week later.
