Now the inexperienced hr generalist is why I decline offer after I accepted it. Director and Hr was very UPROFESSIONAL. I felt like if I had not even had orientation yet and they displayed that kind of unprofessionalism; then what wil I have to deal with once I am officially working there. So I stopped it before it went any further. DECLINED. Hr was very RUDE. LIsten if you can deal with management and customers being rude and mediocre training( because training is only a week) then by all means go for it. I am not going to a job where I have to be treated like crap before I even start. Thanks but no thanks.
