I applied online theough Indeed. In two weeks, I had 4 interviews (2 withbrecruiter, one with manager and one with director) over the phone and got the job. I was never tested in anything, only had a background check done.

One of their recruiters reached out to me on Indeed and I applied with interests. Two or three phone interviews with the recruiters and a Teams interview at the end with the hiring managers.
