I called the number listed and spoke to a man who screened my skills and professionalist via the call. We arranged an interview for later that day where he discussed what they were looking for and if I was up for the challenge. I was invited back for a 2nd interview with the managers and the owner (which was pretty intimidating).

Quick in-person interview to review job opportunities and the hiring and training process. Reviewing my previous background to see if I was a good fit. Talked about the hours which include all day on Saturdays 9-5 pm.
