Had a phone interview one day and the next day had a video interview and got the position. The interview process is not stressful or intimidating, but very pleasant. The person who interviewed me was knowledgeable and informative and answered any questions I had and provided feedback on the position.

They contacted be within 3 days about an over the phone interview. The interview was only about 8 minutes long. They asked me about 5 questions. Their main focus was about availability.
