Initial screening, referraI went through the initial screening, received a referral, and completed the online assessment, which was essentially an IQ test. Although I felt I did reasonably well on the test, I unfortunately did not progress further in the hiring process and was ultimately rejected.l, OA - which is basically a IQ test. Did not go farther in process, done preety ok on my IQ test and still got rejected.
