1. You have an initial screening call with a recruiter to learn about the role and for them to gauge your knowledge. You talk about the basic functions of someone working the job to why you're leaving your current job. Very typical for any modern hiring process, it's maybe about 15 minutes long tops. 2. You have at least two more Teams or Zoom style interviews where the supervisors and managers bump questions off of you. They try to play little mind games by asking incredibly odd whimsical questions along with what I would call amateur help desk questions. They generally do not ask about your current job and instead want to see how you approach strange questions. Generally, the recruiters are very quick in responding to questions. or rescheduling time with you if you need to change interview windows.

It was a straightforward process. Communicated with the talent acquisition coordinator to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and then the Technical Operations Manager. The only negative part of the experience was that I was explicitly told that I would receive communication regarding my application's progress the following week, but that never materialized. I reached out via email only to be informed that my application was not moving forward.
