The prosses is broken up into 3 rounds of interviews where they narrow down the candidates in each round. The first interview is very simple and easy, they just get to know you and tell you about the company and how the business runs. The second interview is a little bit more involved, they get to know you a little bit more and go over how the job is. I got hired on the second round so I don't know what the third round interview entails, however, I know they give you a questionnaire before the interview.
