I was actually recruited, I did not apply first. I was contacted by a recruiter at insight global. The initial interview was an informal one over the phone with the recruiter. She then set up an interview with the company that I would be working at and the was a face to face but somewhat informal interview. It all happened in a period of a week or so. It was a rather fast process.
