A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn several times. I replied back to him and we set up a phone call. The phone call is pretty much for 1st interview, they just want to know if you can hold a conversation. The recruiter and I pretty much talked about Greek Life. He set me up with an in person interview in Irvine, Ca.
I showed up to the in person interview. They don't have a receptionist. There is a phone on the counter, you pick it up and tell them you're there for an interview. Someone will come out and get you. I was put in a little room and one girl came to talk to me. It was all conversational, nothing about my resume. She then moved me into a conference room. In the conference room I talked to an Account Manager, once I finished talking to her, they sent in another girl to talk to me. It was like sorority recruitment. After I finished talking to the last girl, they gave me a tour of their office and made ALL the employees stand up and give me a handshake lol.
After the interview, they sad my recruiter will call me with the next steps. My recruiter called me and told me that they wanted to see me for a final interview. He said he would call me back to schedule it because all their managers were going to take a trip to Miami. I never heard from anyone ever again. Reached out and followed up with my recruiter and was ghosted by him haha.
Interview process was fun and easy. However, I am glad I am not with the company. You don't want to work for a company that ghosts interviewees. Very unprofessional company, the people working here are very very young, so don't expect much.
