Interview process was straight forward. Very similar questions to other interviews. Company was looking to replace previous manager with new blood. The interview took place over dinner. Since I was referred by a current employee there was very little discussion about the company history--just topics about where the senior management wanted to take the company in the near future. A few questions were about my management style and what I expected from my subordinates.
