Feedback concerning our interview process is always appreciated and we apologize if your experience was not a good one. Our interview practices include a comfortable environment where the interview process is explained and a question period catered towards the potential candidate’s skillset and experience. This process is meant to give potential candidates ample time to respond. We prefer our candidates to do most of the talking. Some of our questions do include behavioural questions, such as the one you have described; but it is not the only question.
