The interview process consisted of three rounds: two technical interviews and one managerial interview. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and focused on practical knowledge, project experience, problem-solving, and communication skills. The onboarding process through Launchpad was well organized with clear instructions. Overall, it was a smooth, positive, and well-managed experience.
It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
