First there was an written test where technical questions were asked. after cracking the test there was an group discussion followed by technical interview with Higher management.

first the advertisement comes in november-december of each year. It is asked to fill the details Gate Registration no. in the application form which ends in January. GATE score based shortlisting is done. The condidates are called for the interview in may-june. Four all india interview center is provided. Interview is a two step procedure containing:

Entretien
They were professional throughout the process. They conducted an information session the day prior to the interview and explained what IOCL does and answered a lot of questions. It was really helpful. The interview was a 1-day process with a panel of atleast 5 that included both HR and technical staff.
