Basically they have no process. They took 4-5 rounds, each time saying its the last round. Made me write code even on google docs, had remote interview too. And they came the compensation..... Interviewed like king and salary of a beggar, Later when I called them to tell that I will not be able to join due to a much better compensation, they where ready to offer a counter. But all useless. I knew about this company through an employee.
