Disability confident interview scheme. Following papersift accepted for interview. Interview was conducted via teams and was 1 2 1. Next stage was a panel of two people. Very encouraging and pleasant.

Rather pleasant, felt valued and wanted. Would recommend for first step into DEI industry. Process was with two people. They could have diversified the team more. Works like a start up.
