Role advertised as a management scheme, interviewing dressed up the pay into brackets (should have been the first red flag) as £200-400 for the first rung. They did not inform me of the actual role and the duties it entailed, and any questions I posed about this were brushed aside and told to wait for the next process of the interview (a few days later).
