Why Illumina? Why are you leaving your current/previous job? What do you know about NCRs / CAPAs / Audits? What do you know about ISO13485? Describe a time when you and another coworker had a conflict What would you consider your strengths and weaknesses? Overall, the interview questions were mixed with standard "get to know you & your work habits" questions, but also technical questions pertaining to the role you are applying for. Based on how the questions were asked by a few of the team members, it seems that they just have a standard list of questions they pick from. They're not hard if you do some prep work. Tip: Aside from the content of your answers, keep in mind that your demeanor is also being evaluated since the interview is also a 'personality' check to see if you can fit in/get along with the rest of the team.
