I had a very positive interview experience at Illumina. It was a typical HR screen, phone interview and 3 hour panel interview. The manager who I spoke with during the phone interview was very forgiving with my need to reschedule hastily. I was pushed down the pipeline into a panel interview and met with 4 other Illumina employees within the same department. It was all done remotely but still had the same amount of pressure and professionalism as an in person interview. In the end I did not receive an offer but I do not regret the experience.
