The process consisted of: 1) An initial online application 2) A telephone interview with an internal recruiter = asked me about my CV, background, why I wanted to join the company, what the company did, my prior experience with genomics and PCR 3) A video interview with three team members = this was a 1-hour long interview that again consisted of questions about my CV, background and one technical question on sequencing technology. Opportunity at the end to ask questions. 4) A 20-minute presentation with six team members present = I had to present on a topic of my choice or do it on Illumina's sequencing my synthesis technology. The process ending up taking 1-hour as questions from team members were asked throughout the presentation. 5) Received an offer
