I have applied online and received an email from HR to get a video interview. I have answered the question by recorded down. There are 8 question in total, provided first question is have you prepared to conduct the video interview and last question is do you have any question. I have waited for a long time then after that get a phone call from HR to attend the assessment center.
Virtual interview, I didn't get to talk to a real person, had to record all of my answers with a time limit, it was a horrible process and there was very little human communication
The first step was an audio-only hirevue that allowed two attempts. After passing that, there were two video call interviews with team members for a total of around 90 minutes give or take.

Weird video interview where they asked me "How would you explain to a 6-year-old why the sky is orange at sunset." The other question I don't remember but was equally strange for a 2-question video interview. It felt very impersonal.
