The interview process for the iAspire program has 3 parts: 1. Video interview. This is a one-way behavioral interview conducted wherever you like, with basic questions such as "Why are you a good fit" or "Tell us about a time you experienced significant change". Nothing technical, a bit weird to talk to no one, and pretty stressful because once you answer, that's it. You are given a couple minutes to prep for each question. 2. Technical phone interview. This is with the actual manager for your position. Questions will vary for positions but it seems statistics is emphasized for the computational ones, ie. "What is a p-value". 3. In-person event. Once you get this far you are invited to HQ to meet other interns at the same time. They make you do: 2 group events in front of a handful of employees, a 5 min on-the-fly presentation to 2 people, and a 30 min actual interview with your hiring manager. The group events are interesting and the main goal is to see how you function on a team (5 people on your team). Previous years seem to have been similar - one was basically charades with legos (build something based on what one person sees in a box that you can't), and the other is hard to describe here but the gist of it is to put together clues you each have received on cards to guess the day something was completed.
