Showed up to my interview 5 minutes early. Interviewers let me sit 15 mins past the scheduled start time. They messaged reception that they would be out soon (appeared they were still interviewing someone). Candidate walked Lori if meeting room, and they returned to the meeting room (about 20 mins late for me at this point). I could hear the panel laughing and conversing, while they knew I was still out waiting for my interview. I let reception know I’m cancelling the interview. Huge red flag and they clearly don’t value my time.
