First interview was with a consultant who led the interview process. He could barely keep his hands off his laptop which was slightly distracting. Question ranged quite a bit which is fine. There were details given as to the nature of the work being done After the initial interview I received a reply stating I was no longer in the running for the position. Several weeks later I received an email asking if I was interested in almost the same position. I was taken aback as I am not sure why that would be. I deceived to say yes and had yet another interview. This time without the consultant but the newly hired team lead. The conversation as pleasant.
