HR person called me in the night around 10.00 pm. When I called back she ask that she will connect back at 9.30 am next morning. Did not receive any call. I texted, called but no response. In the evening she called around 8.40 pm and said are you available for interview. I was interested in the position that’s why I agreed but I guess this HR lacked even screening interview experience.

The interview process was slow and quite drawn out. In total, I completed five interviews. The interviewers were lovely, and the questions were generally reasonable and not overly difficult. However, the process itself often felt unclear. For example, after my final-round interview, I was told I had received positive feedback and that they wanted to progress me to another final round. In that subsequent interview, I was told there may not be enough business in the area I had applied for, and asked whether I would be open to working in other areas, despite a previous interviewer suggesting they wanted me to specialise in a different area. Overall, I found the communication somewhat inconsistent and confusing. The process took around three months in total, which felt unnecessarily drawn out.
