I first applied online on their website, I then had an interview with HR about my motivations, what interested me the most about Real Data and some specific technical questions. The interview itself was very good, but the whole process was very messy: they told me they would let me know after 2 days because interviews would be in a couple of weeks time, but then they never called. I wrote and email and they said they would know that day, but another week passed and I did not hear from them. They always had excuses like "you are being reviewed by a second assessor", "you are head-to-head with another candidate"... I just do not see the point of saying a date and then do not stick to it.
