3 rounds
1. HR- General discussions and written test. This could be either face to face or telephonic. If the discussion is telephonic, you might have to appear for a written test during a technical interview.
2. Technical- Face to face or telephonic, The written test and technical interview could be on the same day.
3. HR- Salary and compensation discussions, but you have to be very proactive and ensure your discussion to be documented in a written email.
They ask more about ICH GCP and scenario based questions. Be prepared with SIV to COV what and how it takes place. Example: How a site is selected, criteria. What are essential documents. How you train CRA during SIV.

I went through a 3-round interview process:
1. HR round
2. Technical round with senior managers of the department
3. 1:1 with the Associate Director of the department
The entire process spanned 2 months. Although I successfully cleared all rounds, the position was put on hold when it came time to join.

Entretien
The interview went really well and I am very impressed with their fast feedback and positive attitude. There were 2 interviews- 1st by phone with recruiter and second was in person with hiring managers. They happened within a week and I got feedback 3 days after the second one. I haven't had such great so great experience with interview so far. They are amazing.
