Ask about your resume/background, how it applies to this job, what you expect to do, also see yourself in 5 years and all that. Describe yourself. Just show that you are dependable, willing to go extra mile and learn, cooperative and all around down to earth person. About a week after got an offer to start

I applied to the position through my friend. In the interview, I met, scientists, VP of R&D and HR director. Scientists fist, VP second and HR director was the last. They were friendly, and supportive.
