I applied online directly on their website. Then I waited around 2-3 weeks until they contacted me. I got an invitation by email. It was a very nice comfortable atmosphere. People where really welcoming and friendly. The conversation felt more casual than tense overall. First I had to say something about my educational background, later we talked about the content of my portfolio. It was one of the most pleasant interviews I have ever had.
