IMR contacted me through a temp agency (Express), and had me interview with the hiring manager and his manager (head of sales). They asked me about my experience in customer service, physical sciences, and had a few knowledge-based questions based on the positions (i.e., what profit margins looked like, what the company "product" is, etc.). Within a week, I got the offer and needed to do a federal drug screen.
