There was no interview for M.Tech Students for TA Duty. Once you get the M.Tech admission, you can directly opt for TA Duty, which is 8 hours of work per week with stipend of Rs. 12400 per month.
Online meet where I was told to write python codes and explain to an absolute beginner how coding works, syntaxes and all. Then I was asked some conceptual questions of the python programming language and answered all correctly.

Admission for MS (Computer Science & Engineering):
Criterion: GATE Score + Written Test + Interview
What to prepare: Data Structures and Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, DBMS
Process: Shortlisted based on Gate Score.
And invited for a written test which is fairly basic. The candidate who qualify the written test goes through a round of interview.
