Entretien
Shortly after applying I was contacted by a recruiter for a quick phone screen. I was then given a HackerRank assessment of average difficulty, with a mix of multiple choice and coding. I was contacted to come on site the next week. The interview consisted of talking with a panel of four members of the engineering team the position was with. Most of the interview was behavioral questions and questions about past experience, as well as them describing the role in detail. They did have two pencil and paper coding problems given at the end that were fairly simple. The interview lasted about two hours.

Most coding questions involved string manipulation.
As others have said on this sight before, they end the interview with a question about receiving the wrong order at a fast food restaurant, and who you would blame.

The hiring was for the position of the Associate Software Engineer at IHS markit. The hiring and interview process was good and the recruitment process went smooth . There was a pymetrics test during the process. The interviewers were friendly.
