People were all very nice, but HR is a bit disorganized. Originally I was offered a different position than I even applied for. HR rep stated this was due to a clerical error. When my offer did come through it was low, even less than I am currently making. I also didn't like the fact that the interview was over a webcam- technical issues were time wasting.

I didn't expect a pop quiz, but there were several questions asking what is in a Regulatory Binder, on a 1572, etc. Not difficult, but unexpected nonetheless.

I was reached out to from a recruiter internally. After 2 phone calls, I was set up with a video interview via HireVue that lasted an hour. After the call, I was told I'd hear back shortly as they're going through candidates quickly.

Entretien
Phone interviewed with HR then video interview with line managers. Discussed previous experience and behavioural questions in regard to conflict management and communication. Managers were friendly and asked follow up questions. After the video interview, HR reached out to gain details about experience in different therapeutic areas.

Entretien
The interview process was simple. I completed a screening interview with the recruiter and next step was an interview with the hiring manager. It took maybe 5 days to receive an offer along with a sign on bonus.
