The process started at 10 o clock in the morning with submission of the resume along with other documents whose list was sent by the bank itself through a mail. There were about 150 to 200 applicants at the venue. After the documents verification and submission started the group discussion round. Batches of 10 were called out one by one. Average selection after gd was about 4 candidates ( though in my group 7 were selected) (ABOUT GD - ICICI Sends list of around five topics, 10 days before the gd pi round along with an invitation to the gd pi round to the candidates who have cleared aptitude test) After the gd round, the students who were selected we're one by one called for the personnel interview. They called the name of the students from a batch who all had cleared the gd round and asked them to wait outside the room where personal interview was being taken. One by one the students were called by the interviewer and interviewed for an average of about 10-15 minutes (averages doesn't present each case correctly so pls take it as average only)
