The process took only about 1 week. I did a phone interview and then a face to face interview. It was definitely a waste of time. I fit all the requirements and experience they posted online and aced the interview. Then the next day they told me they were looking for more experience. Not to mention the lady who interviewed me seemed very unprofessional.
I first had a set of questions I needed to answer and then filmed myself answering 2 questions. Only had 2 retries to re-film answers. Received a call about 3 weeks later to discuss qualifications.

Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.

Entretien
The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
