I received a call late evening from HR saying he has reviewed my profile on Naukri and next day called me for an interview. I told him I had an offer so he should hurry up with the process to which he reassured that it would be done within a day and offer would be rolled out. I didn’t receive any mail regarding invite and address till one hour before the interview. They backed out last moment saying we told you we didn’t have a budget for the role which was clearly all lies. They ghost you and don’t respond to calls and messages. Absolutely disgusting experience. Please don’t leave other offer hand on their words as you will lose out everything
